Here's hoping that it will run at least somewhat acceptably on these specs. There may be technicalities with whether Apple support this as these aren't the GPUs that the Mac Pro's shipped with but it should work AFAIK. I've run UE4 projects w/ Metal support on an Nvidia 680GTX, AMD 7950 Mac Edition and Nvidia 970GTX (via Nvidia's WebDrivers) in a 2010 Mac Pro.
